Who we are
Dr. Ilya Rabkin is a family medicine physician with over 10 years of experience providing personalized and compassionate care. Growing up in New York City, Dr. Rabkin attended the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, where he was recognized for his volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and inducted into the prestigious Gold Humanism Society. After completing his Family Medicine Residency at Fairfax Family Practice in Virginia, where he served as Chief Resident in his final year, Dr. Rabkin joined the program as faculty. He also earned his MBA from Johns Hopkins University, further expanding his ability to integrate healthcare management with patient care.
Throughout his career, Dr. Rabkin has developed a specialized interest in longevity care, holistic care, and preventive medicine, with experience in both concierge and integrative medicine. He has worked internationally in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras, leading multiple medical missions and helping improve healthcare delivery in underserved communities.
Dr. Rabkin's concierge home visit practice combines his expertise in chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness. With a focus on building strong, personalized relationships with patients, Dr. Rabkin integrates modern healthcare technology to provide exceptional care in the comfort of your home. His goal is to eliminate traditional healthcare barriers and offer a more accessible, holistic approach to health, helping patients live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Rabkin enjoys hiking and camping with his dog, Harley, volunteering in the community, and sailing. He values spending time outdoors and connecting with nature, which aligns with his holistic approach to health and well-being.
